As a key player in our partner ecosystem, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sustainable sales impact with partners. You will work closely with complex partner organizations to resolve intricate issues, leveraging your customer-centric mindset, sales management skills, and deep understanding of technology and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to grow clinical apps business, promoting cloud adoption and digital transformation.
- Lead partner pipeline reviews, coach partners on sales and consumption strategies, and facilitate collaboration between partner and sales teams.
- Monitor partner performance, identify blockers in execution, and accelerate performance through regular connections with executive, sales, and delivery teams.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of complex partners, aligning priorities, strategies, and goals to drive mutually beneficial account plans and growth.
- Integrate capability and capacity plans for partners, utilizing sales and tech training to upskill them and enable high-impact Microsoft offerings and practices.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business operations, computer science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience.
