Executive Chef Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced culinary leader to spearhead our kitchen operations, creating exceptional dining experiences and driving culinary excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen functions including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation for multiple services.
  • Find, manage, and mentor a team of skilled chefs, fostering a culture of collaboration, consistency, and high-quality dishes.
  • Develop and implement innovative culinary concepts aligning with the hotel's brand and vision for kitchen operations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with management to drive overall success of the restaurant.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume establishment.
  • A calm leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and managing high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and a passion for using fresh, local ingredients.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with management.
