About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced culinary leader to join our senior leadership team. As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for shaping the culinary identity of our organization, leading menu development, and driving innovation in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients.
  • Lead seasonal and trend-forward menu development across multiple outlets and high-end functions.
  • Drive innovation while respecting the integrity of our ingredients.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, precision, and excellence.
  • Manage procurement and inventory with a focus on quality, sustainability, and cost control.
  • Mentor and develop a skilled and passionate kitchen brigade.
  • Build a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and structured progression.

You will be instrumental in evolving our food offering, managing high-performing teams, and maintaining operational excellence across the board.

Your Background:
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role within a high-volume, premium hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large teams across diverse dining concepts and event spaces.
  • Strong commercial acumen – capable of managing budgets, cost controls, and supplier relationships.
  • Passion for innovation, excellence, and developing talent within your team.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and food safety certification essential.
