Job Description

As a Senior Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for driving customer outcomes across the business by ensuring our customers receive value from our products and services. This role is critical to the success of the organization.

You will be responsible for making calls on behalf of real estate agents to nurture their database, qualify and send leads. You will also be sending SMS messages on behalf of our clients and updating CRM systems with data. Additionally, you will look for opportunities to improve processes and create a memorable impression for customers.
