With the provision of additional annual leave accruals and penalty payments, our Client Service Coordinator operational hours are 7 days a week between 7:00am and 8:00pm, working on a rotating roster. You are integral to our client's journey, processing and assessing clients service eligibility, and providing a client-centred onboarding experience connecting our clients to products and services that meet their care-in-the-home needs.
**Key responsibilities**
- Assess eligibility and coordinate the client referral needs, supporting a seamless transition of clients to appropriate services within RDNS
- Provide a client centred onboarding experience and ongoing care support service
- Liaise and build rapport with clients, their families, referrers and staff to ensure an exceptional and effective service is delivered
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring sensitive client interactions are handled with respect and care
**About you**

- Coordination and client referral experience in an Aged Care or Hospital/Community setting is desirable
- Experience providing excellent customer service and a desire to help others
- Strong administrations skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, time management, organisation, and able to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone, written, verbal and listening
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working autonomously or collaboratively
- High level computer skills
