We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Client Services Manager. This position involves working closely with senior account executives to provide top-notch client service, including administrative support and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts, providing expert advice and administering plans for alternative risk finance solutions and discretionary trusts.
  • Address customer inquiries accurately, identify service trends, and oversee trust renewals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key client decision makers through regular meetings and effective communication.
  • Understand clients' business, risk management, and insurance needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Implement renewal and broking strategies as instructed to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to produce high-quality work with accuracy and attention to detail. A Tier 1 qualification, MIS compliance, and experience within the insurance industry are also essential requirements for this role.
