Job Title: Client Service Expert

The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality customer service to clients and providers, acting as a key liaison within our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from clients/providers/key support personnel and provide timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Effectively handle client/provider concerns with empathy and offer suitable solutions to address their issues.
  • Meet performance metrics such as productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role where high levels of service were consistently provided.
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel & Outlook is required.
