Strategic Facilities Manager – Data Center Operations

As a key member of the Corporate and Workplace Solutions Division at Goldman Sachs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and data centers. This exciting opportunity requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in facilities management, engineering design, and risk mitigation practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing critical systems infrastructure, with a proven track record of developing and implementing energy management and environmental compliance programs. A broad understanding of MEP skills, including reading and understanding MEP drawings, operations manuals, and technical specifications, is essential.
We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality standards, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in facilities management and/or engineering design, preferably within the financial services industry.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This role reports to the APAC Facilities Management Lead and collaborates closely with the regional team to develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency and economic viability in the operation of owned and leased real estate. As a Strategic Facilities Manager – Data Center Operations, you will be responsible for providing management and strategy oversight in the management of the firm's facilities and critical systems, ensuring 100% availability.
