Sales Territory Manager

At a medical technology firm, we seek an accomplished Sales Territory Manager to spearhead sales efforts in our territory. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving patient lives and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by effectively managing a sales pipeline and achieving quarterly targets.
  • Analyze pipeline coverage percentage and target, in-forecast hit rate, and pipeline deal profile to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and techniques to realize identified sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-volume sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, phone calls, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
  • Strategically manage relationships with key stakeholders including Clinical Nursing Staff, C-Suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
  • Understand customer needs, build rapport, and influence decision-making and strategy.
  • Support and Deliver Tender Submissions when applicable.
  • Deliver proposals and presentations that showcase creative solutions, effective benefit selling statements, economic solutions, and skillful product demonstrations.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) daily to record and update customer information, share product details, prepare quotes, update sales stages, maintain an accurate forecast, and close deals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience; capital equipment, consumable sales, and selling into hospitals experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales quotas and other related KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

This is a full-time position located in Brisbane, Queensland. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the medical industry.
