We are seeking a skilled Remote Territory Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting customer relationships across Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have relevant telesales, customer service or call centre experience, as well as a Bachelor of Health Science or Diploma in Naturopathy. They will be motivated, collaborative, and a friendly team player with excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service that drives sustainable growth.
- Apply strategic selling approaches to achieve key objectives.
- Increase product penetration through effective representation and sell-in of core and new products.
- Act as the first point of contact for new customers, establish relationships, and drive conversion to order.
- Identify lapsed and at-risk customers, employ strategies to reignite sales.
- Build CRM systems for customer groups.
- Develop pipeline opportunities for territory expansion.
- Support vacant territories.
- Prepare and provide reporting to Sales Leadership as required.
- Bachelor of Health Science or Diploma in Naturopathy.
- Relevant telesales, customer service or call centre experience.
