Regional Sales Representative Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to become part of a regional sales team and promote consumable products within a specific geographic territory. The primary objectives are to deliver and exceed sales and growth targets for assigned territory in line with the regional sales plan and national product strategies.

  • Develop, manage, and implement the annual Territory Sales plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and broader business objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing strategic market analysis to ensure responsiveness to changes, market trends, and competitor activities.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, formal sales training, demonstrated experience in a similar role, and knowledge of the dental/healthcare markets. They must possess a solid understanding of the Sales Process, high levels of personal drive and motivation, maturity of judgement and discretion, capacity to operate independently, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize conflicting workloads and multitask, and lead by example and act as a role model to the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver and exceed sales and growth targets for assigned territory
  2. Develop and implement the annual Territory Sales plan
  3. Conduct strategic market analysis and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or certificate
  • Formal sales training
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the dental/healthcare markets
  • Solid understanding of the Sales Process
