Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing a significant portfolio of mixed corporate clients. This role requires a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement insurance solutions for clients, negotiating and managing the best deals in the global insurance market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriting partners.
- Manage budgets, sales plans, and debtors.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to junior employees.
- Drive new business development and promote the Gallagher brand within the local business community, region, and nationally.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid-to-large corporate accounts.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to build a long-term pipeline to support new business growth.
- Strong account management experience gained within general commercial insurance.
- A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a driven, passionate, and professional disposition.
