Your New Role
- Manage your own book of client values around $350k and provide exceptional service to new and existing clients
- Support the Office Manager with mentorship of junior team members
- Negotiations and Account Management of key clients
- Work closely with the marketing and claims teams
We are looking for someone with
- Exceptional networking and people skills – You must be able to 'walk in your client's shoes' to be able to provide them with the exceptional service they require
- Knowledge of SCTP and Sunrise would be HIGHLY desirable
- You MUST be Tier 1 accredited with a Victorian/Australian underwriting network
- Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Passionate about insurance
- Being a close-knit team, you must be willing to work collaboratively to achieve success
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
