Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

Sihle Insurance Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Altamonte Springs, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, carriers, and producers.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, carriers, and producers for service needs
  • Complete and submit applications, ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies, and prepare pre-renewal summaries
  • Review client contracts, endorse policies, and process renewals
  • Verify policy and policy change information, facilitate corrections when necessary
  • Document all activity, phone calls, emails, and correspondence in Applied Epic system
  • Follow up on un-routed attachments, open activities, and other EPIC tasks
  • Address incoming mail, email, fax, and phone requests
Requirements:
  • Active Florida 2- (Property & Casualty) license preferred, 4- considered
  • 5+ years of experience in an account management role
  • Current Applied Epic experience is required
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times
  • Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business
  • Knowledge of insurance markets
