About the Role

  • Attend client meetings alongside senior professionals to provide tailored financial advice and support
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to meet clients' needs
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient process management
  • Manage client implementation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Act as a key liaison point for clients, maintaining a strong service experience
  • Support colleagues with research, analysis, and file preparation as needed

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business partnership or paraplanning role within financial services
  • Completed or currently completing relevant professional certifications and education
  • Strong understanding of financial services processes, including strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment
