We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Professional to join our team in the Laboratory setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic laboratory testing in areas such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank.

Essential Duties
  • Perform complex laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patient conditions.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with established safety and quality control standards (CLIA, CAP).
  • Communicate test results to healthcare providers and collaborate to support patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field; ASCP certification (or eligibility) as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
  • Associate's degree from a NAACLS-accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program; ASCP certification (or eligibility) as an MLT.
  • Montana licensure (or eligibility) as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Technician.
  • Prior clinical laboratory experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
