Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our corporate secretariat services, including typing, mail, and courier services.
  • Assist with the preparation and lodgement of corporate documents with ASIC and ABRS.
  • Process payments and invoices, including credit card payments and direct debits.
  • Assist with company searches, PPSR, and litigation search requests.
  • Support the team with timesheets and billing queries.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
