Job Summary:

The Corporate Secretariat Team Administrator will provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretariat team, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate secretarial services. This role involves a range of tasks, including typing, mail, and courier services, as well as updating master lists and registered office lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretariat team, including typing, mail, and courier services.
  • Update master lists and registered office lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with corporate register filing, including paper and online submissions.
  • Process payments of ASIC fees and invoices, as well as credit card payments and direct debits.
  • Attend to company searches, PPSR, and litigation search requests, as needed.
  • Assist with timesheets and billing queries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Organise lodgements with ASIC and ABRS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
