About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our cohesive and experienced People, Culture and Learning Department on a permanent, full-time basis.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate a broad spectrum of training that will significantly contribute to ensuring a skilled and sustainable workforce within a highly regulated industry.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
  • Plan, develop and deliver learning programs, assessing reinforcement of learning and translation into practice.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to achieve required outcomes.
  • Contribute to a warm and supportive environment.
  • Develop and deliver blended learning programs and digital learning content.


Essential Criteria

The ideal candidate will have:



  • Tertiary qualification in Education, Health, Allied Health or other related discipline or significant equivalent L&D experience.
  • An appropriate level of work experience including planning, developing and delivering learning programs, assessing reinforcement of learning and translation into practice.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in evolving methodologies such as blended learning technology and digital learning.
  • Ability to work both autonomously with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Willingsness to travel to different campuses as per operational requirements.
