Health Club Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Health Club Sales Consultant to join our team.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to club sales targets through effective sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive and personalised interactions with members to drive retention and growth
  • Deliver successful outcomes to enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

You will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds and cultures
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication skills, including listening, understanding, empathising and influencing others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
