About the Role:
As a Member Support Consultant at our Mermaid Waters club, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to club sales budget through proactive sales activities
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
- Provide exceptional service and achieve successful customer outcomes on the reception desk
Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Able to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Outstanding communication abilities able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
Benefits:
- Realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 made up of base salary and commission plus super
