About this role: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our personal training team. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in the fitness industry while maintaining your existing PT business.

This position involves managing and developing a high-performing team of personal trainers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences. If you have a proven track record as a personal trainer with a client base, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for health and fitness, we want to hear from you

  • Recruit and develop a team of personal trainers
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and performance metrics
  • Implement national fitness projects within the club
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Qualification Certificate IV in Fitness or above
  • Fitness Australia registration
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children check
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience or managing a personal training business
  • A successful track record as a personal trainer with a client base
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • An enthusiasm for health and fitness
