As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a thriving membership base at our Nerang club.

You will interact with prospective members, inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us and help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

The role of a Customer Success Specialist is highly varied and has two clear goals:

• Achieve membership growth goals through proactive sales activities">
• Retain existing members through the provision of exceptional customer service">

As an expert in all things Goodlife, you will seamlessly swap between sales and lead generation, providing positive experiences and achieving successful customer outcomes on the reception desk and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• ">
• Proactively contribute to club sales budgets utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns">
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities">
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities">
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members">
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions">
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries">
• Open and close the club as per the club roster">
• Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey">
• Regularly make service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience">

About You

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates

- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help others succeed in their goals

- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles

- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others

- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals

- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
