Administration Support Specialist

The Administration Support Officer is a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing administrative support to Wills and Estate Planning regional teams.
This role ensures the provision of seamless services that are customer and outcomes focused.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake a range of administrative support services, including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and meeting papers, maintaining electronic and file records, and supporting meetings and events.
- Understand the key services provided by the Division and promote service offerings that improve commercial viability.
- Provide excellent customer service in a human services environment.
- Leverage technology to learn new applications and processes.
- Prioritise competing interests and deadlines effectively.
To be successful in this role, you must be willing to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes, and participate in one-to-one review sessions.
You must also maintain up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status and provide acceptable proof.

What We OfferNegotiable salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience
