Office Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to lead daily office operations. This pivotal role involves supporting senior executives, including the CEO, coordinating essential meetings, and managing office resources.

About the OpportunityThe Office Manager will collaborate closely with IT, facilities, and other key external stakeholders to maintain a seamless working environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the business team and communicating key messages to staff
- Providing Executive Assistant support to the CEO, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and room bookings
- Organizing Board, committee, and executive meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met
- Managing Google Workspace and Zoom administration, including onboarding for new staff
- Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating with external IT support and facilities management as needed
- Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and mail services

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and procurement software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
