Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role involves maintaining a positive guest experience, handling complaints, and promoting hotel facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a proactive approach to complaint handling and resolve issues confidently.
  • Upsell and promote special promotions or facilities available within the hotel.
  • Manage administrative tasks for guest relations.
  • Prepare resources for Group Arrivals and VIP Member Arrivals.
  • Handle guest communications, including internal and external calls.
  • Provide exceptional guest services, including checking in and out guests.

Key Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering a positive guest experience with a desire to create memorable experiences.
  • Previous experience using Opera is highly desirable.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Confidence in making transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
