About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that our organization operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program to ensure the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage and supervise the risk management and compliance team to ensure effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders on compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address compliance risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in risk management and compliance roles in large organizations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance issues to senior leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
