Job Title: Accounts Payable Expert

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to step into a busy finance environment during a short-term leave period. This is a great opportunity to utilise your expertise, keep things running smoothly, and support a strong handover process.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume accounts with varying supplier demands, ensuring accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices, and supporting end-of-month processing.

  • Manage high-volume accounts with varying supplier demands

  • Ensure AP is kept under control during a busy period of growth

  • Support end-of-month processing and ensure deadlines are met

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable within a medium-to-large organisation

  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in data entry

  • Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and remain calm at peak times

  • Flexible approach to working hours and availability for the handover period
