Senior Lead Investigator

As a senior leader in our Professional Standards and Behaviours Department, you will oversee and manage employee investigations to ensure they are conducted in a person-centred, trauma-informed, timely, transparent, and impartial manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on initial assessments to determine whether to investigate complaints of inappropriate workplace behaviour
- Develop and improve investigative processes, practices, and frameworks to ensure investigations meet industry best practice standards
- Coach and mentor investigation team members in conducting best practice investigations and ongoing professional development
- Provide guidance and advice on misconduct matters to stakeholders
To be considered for this position, you will possess qualifications in Law, Human Resources, or equivalent, along with extensive relevant experience. Other requirements include:
- Extensive relevant experience in managing, leading, and resolving misconduct matters within a large and complex organisation
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Highly developed written skills
- Significant experience conducting complex, sensitive, person-centred, trauma-informed workplace investigations
