Senior Investigations Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a team of investigators within our Professional Standards Department. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in conducting complex, sensitive workplace investigations and providing guidance on misconduct matters.
About the Role
- Oversee and provide expert advice to team members on initial assessments to determine whether to investigate complaints of inappropriate workplace behaviour.
- Manage Professional Standards' portfolio of employee investigations in accordance with our Enterprise Agreements, ensuring that investigations are conducted in a timely, transparent and impartial manner.
- Develop and implement investigative processes, practices and frameworks to ensure industry best practice standards are met.
- Coach and mentor investigation team members in the conduct of best practice investigations.
- Provide guidance and advice on misconduct matters to stakeholders.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will possess qualifications in Law, Human Resources or equivalent. You will also have extensive relevant experience in the management, leadership and resolution of misconduct matters within a large and complex organisation.

- You must have extensive relevant experience in the management, leadership and resolution of misconduct matters within a large and complex organisation.
- You must have strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- You must have highly developed written skills.
- You must have significant experience conducting complex, sensitive, person-centred, trauma-informed workplace investigations.
