Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Financial Planner for Global IT to join our team. This role will be responsible for partnering with local business leaders, including the Chief Information Officer, to provide financial planning and analytical support for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial business partner and advisor to the Chief Information Officer and support partner for other local corporate functional leaders (including Finance and HR/People)
  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance
  • Identify trends and recommends improvements accordingly
  • Analyze financial performance and assist in interpretation of financial data and identification of ways to increase profitability, improve expense control and asset utilization
  • Clearly communicate with senior management and other relevant parties regarding financial and business information
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable benchmarking processes and metrics for IT organization
  • Develop and maintain robust ROI models, tools and analyses for IT organization
  • Drive forecasting, close processes, controls/compliance activity, as appropriate
  • Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by driving efficient processes, improved tools and optimal organization structures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner and to multi-task on varying projects and initiatives with external driven deadlines that may shift during the course of the project
