Job Description:

You will be a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis central team, working with stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management and the wider Macquarie Group. Your responsibilities will include delivering business forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support for the business. You will also identify and implement improvements across teams' processes, play a key role in delivering projects that impact the wider team, and communicate reporting and insights to senior management.

What We Offer

You will receive a competitive salary of $150,000-$200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, up to 20 weeks paid parental leave, and access to learning and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 9-10+ years' of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, with experience in asset management or financial services.
  • Ability to sustain high levels of performance in a fast-paced, output-focused environment.
  • Natural collaborator, with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with stakeholders across the Macquarie Group.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working across global regions.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and negotiation skills.
