We're seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to join our Finance team in Sydney. As a key member of the ExCo, you'll drive financial and strategic decisions that fuel sustainable growth for our business.

As a Strategic Financial Planner, you will be responsible for leading business performance reviews, developing actionable plans, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify areas of risks and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of combined accounting and finance experience, with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and planning tools. A degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics or Finance is required, along with CA or CPA certification.

You will lead and run planning cycles for the Group across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows, including budgets, rolling forecasts, and 3-5 year long-range planning. You'll also collaborate closely with the Growth team to develop processes and targets to track strategic growth projects and initiatives.

About the role:

  • Lead and run business performance review and reporting of the Group consolidation and corporate cost centres.
  • Lead discussions with key stakeholders and continuously challenge the status quo, identify areas of risks and opportunities, and develop actionable plans to address these areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth team to develop processes and targets to track strategic growth projects and initiatives.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
