BT Financial Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Partner to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in driving business success. This role will play a critical part in shaping the strategic direction of the company, ensuring that key objectives are met and targets are achieved.

About the Role

The Strategic Business Partner will provide high-level support to the CEO, including forward planning, milestone management, and implementation of business strategies. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the CEO in developing and implementing business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Providing strategic advice to the CEO on key business matters, including market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring progress, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitating communication between the CEO and other stakeholders, including board members, executive team members, and external partners.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
