About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Financial Planner - FP&A to join our finance team in BIG W. As a key partner in delivering our strategic priorities, you'll play a critical role in driving business performance and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making

  • Provide insightful financial reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
