Lead Commercial Team

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our commercial team. As a key member of our pricing and yield teams, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the pricing and yield teams, including revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and data analytics.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

**Requirements:

  • Commercially savvy with the ability to understand key financial indicators and make informed business decisions.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading commercial and/or revenue teams and delivering commercial value to the business.
  • Advanced pricing knowledge, including experience with dynamic pricing models and sound technical knowledge across budgeting, forecasting, yield management and data analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels of the organisation.
