Project Manager - Homes DevelopmentAbout the Role

This position plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our housing portfolio by overseeing property development, capital works, and acquisitions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, design, construction, and handover to ensure alignment with community needs, regulatory standards, and organisational goals.
  • Manage documentation, coordination, procurement, contract administration, programme, and cost management for construction and/or acquisition projects.
  • Deliver end-to-end project delivery from feasibility through planning pathways to construction.
  • Coordinate with developers, agents, landowners, and partners regarding potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Support growth and development activities to build a future-focused project pipeline.
  • Prepare legal documentation for property-related contracts and due diligence reports.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including local councils, state agencies, and community representatives.
  • Manage agreements with consultants in line with policies and procedures.
