ReVest Property Group is a boutique startup real estate agency specialising in commercial and industrial sales and leasing. We're known for our strong sales ability, attention to detail, and exceptional client service. Our tight-knit team thrives in a collaborative and supportive office environment.

We're expanding our footprint in residential development through ReVest Projects, focusing on selling subdivision lots across Western Sydney. We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Associate to take the lead in this exciting branch.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow the ReVest Projects residential sales portfolio
  • Work along side the Director and head of commercial development sales
  • Sell residential subdivision lots with the potential to exceed 100 blocks annually
  • Prepare sales advices and documentation
  • Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up leads
  • Build strong relationships with developers, buyers, and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software
  • Collaborate with the team while also working independently

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in residential property sales
  • Sound understanding of subdivision lot sales
  • Class 2 Real Estate License (minimum requirement)
  • Confident communicator with strong phone and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
