Experienced professionals are invited to take on a senior role as Portfolio Manager.

About the Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned property expert to lead a dedicated team and oversee a national commercial and retail portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring the investment performance of the portfolio, driving profitability through diligent management.

You will facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, promoting collaboration to maintain services and resolve property issues. Additionally, you will liaise regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations in accordance with agreed standards and requirements, and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals and leasing along with other tenant negotiations as required, in a timely manner.

  • Drive profitability through diligent portfolio management.
  • Facilitate resources to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaise with owners to ensure effective portfolio management.

As a successful Portfolio Manager, you will have 8+ years' experience in property management, a Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential, and strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.

Additionally, you will possess strong Excel skills, organisational and negotiation skills, ability to build and foster key relationships, and your desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements
  • 8 + years' experience in property management
  • Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Strong Excel skills

  • Ability to build and foster key relationships
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
