Job Title: Engineering Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing team, lead and participate in activities related to design review, asset monitoring and assessment, structural and material assurance activities and technical governance.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team involved in durability design and review, inspection of precast concrete and fabricated steelworks, advice on repair and rehabilitation solutions, and development of technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive civil/structural engineering experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to strategically analyse and deliver on a range of engineering activities.
