Leadership Opportunity in Cell Therapeutics

The QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute is seeking a senior executive to lead the Q-Gen Cell Therapeutics facility.

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the facility
  • Lead a diverse team of nearly 30 staff across scientific, technical, and operational domains
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities in collaboration with the management team
  • Ensure optimal operating efficiency through quality control and assurance, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leadership, specifically in a scientific/technical/clinical context. A degree in science, biological science, or medical science, and postgraduate qualifications are desirable. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
