Leadership Opportunity in Manufacturing

Bradken, a global leader in the mining and resources industry, seeks a General Manager - Manufacturing APAC to drive operational excellence and build long-term capability across the Asia Pacific region.

About the Role
  • Lead nine foundry and machining sites across the APAC region, accountable for performance, capital investment, safety, and culture.
  • Develop and execute Bradken's APAC manufacturing strategy, aligning with customer, commercial, service, and environmental objectives.
  • Guide regional operations across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability, ensuring world-class safety performance and alignment with growth, customer delivery, and innovation goals.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a technically diverse and commercially critical manufacturing footprint. As General Manager - Manufacturing APAC, you will play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing within Bradken, driving significant improvements in safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across our manufacturing sites.

About You
  • Senior manufacturing leadership experience in heavy industry, preferably in foundry, steelmaking, or complex metal production.
  • A strong track record of managing large operational teams and multi-site performance, including capital and safety accountability.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, metallurgy, business, or related fields.
  • A collaborative and decisive leadership style, with the ability to lead through complexity and build lasting stakeholder trust.

This role requires frequent travel to our manufacturing sites across the APAC region to ensure effective oversight and implementation of strategic initiatives.
