Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our market share of Production Print in an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects
- Work with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts
- Increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts
- Maintain & regularly update CRM
- Manage the day to day activity of complex clients, including order processing, customer meetings and quarterly business review meetings
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Articulate solutions for Tender response
- Develop action plans to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities
- Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio
- Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.
- Proven Business Development and Sales into Tier 1 and 2 accounts
- Demonstrable presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with CRM applications
- Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
Requirements:
- Hold valid working rights for Australia
- Hold a valid driving licence
