Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Aftermarket Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions and activities related to the supply of aftermarket products.

In this role, you will facilitate reconciliation and payment of supplier accounts, coordinate activities between relevant business units and aftermarket suppliers, and ensure clear communication regarding standard and non-standard trading activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with internal and external suppliers and customers, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions and activities related to the supply of aftermarket products.
  • Facilitate reconciliation and payment of supplier accounts.
  • Coordinate activities between relevant business units and aftermarket suppliers.
  • Ensure clear communication regarding standard and non-standard trading activities.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data sets to generate meaningful insights.
  • Complete regular tasks in relation to aftermarket installations.
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactively explore opportunities for improvement and assist in identifying process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience engaging with internal and external suppliers and customers.
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills, particularly Excel.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
