Job Title:

An experienced Aftermarket Product Specialist is sought to join our team at SG Fleet AU.

 

This role is responsible for the processing of transactions and activities relating to the supply of aftermarket & additional products. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with relevant business units to facilitate accurate transaction processing and ensure correct recording of payment information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation and deinstallation of aftermarket equipment post-vehicle delivery with relevant business units.
  • Collaborate with internal/external suppliers and customers to process transactions accurately.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data sets to generate meaningful insights.
  • Complete regular tasks related to aftermarket installations, both during installation and removal, and ongoing administration.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience engaging and working collaboratively with internal/external suppliers and customers.
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills, particularly Excel; good numerical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills; follows up through to resolution.
