Auto Aftermarket Coordinator

Auto Aftermarket Coordinator role at SG Fleet AU.
This position is responsible for processing of transactions and activities relating to supply of aftermarket & additional products. This includes facilitating reconciliation and payment of supplier accounts, coordinating activities between relevant SG Fleet business units and aftermarket suppliers. The role also includes working closely with relevant SG Fleet business units and our suppliers to ensure clear communication in relation to standard and non-standard trading activities including equipment management.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with relevant SG Fleet business units to facilitate accurate transaction processing and ensure correct recording of payment information
- Coordinate installation and deinstallation of aftermarket equipment post-vehicle delivery with relevant business units
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data sets to generate meaningful insights
- Complete regular tasks related to aftermarket installations, both during installation and removal, and ongoing administration
- Initiate, develop and maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally
- Proactively explore opportunities for improvement and assist in identifying process improvements
- Demonstrated experience engaging and working collaboratively with internal/external suppliers and customers
- Intermediate Microsoft skills, particularly Excel; good numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong prioritisation and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple competing tasks
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills; follows up through to resolution
