Job Description

This role is responsible for processing transactions and activities related to the supply of aftermarket products.

The successful candidate will facilitate reconciliation and payment of supplier accounts, coordinate activities between relevant business units, and work collaboratively with suppliers and customers.

They will also collect, analyze, and interpret data sets to generate meaningful insights, complete regular tasks in relation to aftermarket installations, and proactively explore opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate transaction processing and correct recording of payment information.
  • Coordinating installation and deinstallation of aftermarket equipment post vehicle delivery.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data sets to generate meaningful insights.
  • Completing regular tasks in relation to aftermarket installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience engaging and working collaboratively with internal and external suppliers and customers. They should possess intermediate Microsoft skills, particularly Excel, and good numerical skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as strong prioritization and time-management skills. The ability to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously is critical.

A good problem-solving and critical thinking approach, following through to resolution, is also required.
