Northern Beaches Jaguar Land Rover, a local family-owned dealership in Brookvale, is seeking a passionate and driven Business & Aftermarket Manager to join our growing team.

As demand continues to grow, we're expanding and looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be joining a close-knit team focused on building a great culture, where people support each other, enjoy coming to work, and genuinely care about delivering outstanding experiences for every customer. Working with a premium lineup of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, new, demonstrator, and pre-owned, you'll help ensure our clients feel truly well taken care of.


About the Role and You

Northern Beaches Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a highly organised, process-driven Business & Aftermarket Manager to join a vibrant and high-performing team


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with finance and insurance options
  • Present and sell aftermarket products and protection packages
  • Support the sales team during vehicle delivery
  • Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service departments
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
  • Contribute positively to our team focused culture

We're looking for someone who prioritises client satisfaction and truly embodies our core values. Collaboration is key here, we value individuals who thrive in a team environment, consistently delivering outstanding results as part of a cohesive unit.

This role requires prior experience as a Business Manager within the automotive sector.
