As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to provide strategic commercial advice and support projects across the business.

The role of Legal Counsel is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. This includes procurement, services, construction, and technology agreements. You will be required to work closely with non-legal stakeholders to understand commercial drivers and advise on contract risk, obligations, and structuring.

In addition to your contractual duties, you will assist in managing contract disputes and contribute to compliance initiatives and corporate governance processes. Your input will help shape the direction of our company's legal strategy.

For this exciting role, we are looking for a candidate with 4-7 years of experience in commercial law. Preferably, you will have experience in contract negotiation and transactional work. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously are essential skills for success.
