Strategic Growth Professional

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic growth professional to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to be based from one of our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne offices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for executing practice group and client business development priorities, including leading agreed projects and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of practice group and client strategies.
  • Implementing client plans and providing expert business development advice on tender and credential management best practices.
  • Conducting research and communicating opportunities.
  • Managing events associated with specific client initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A marketing degree or relevant business qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing within professional services.
  • Drafting tenders is essential.
  • A strong customer focus, demonstrated drive and initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Project management skills.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Tender management skills.
  • Advanced business writing skills.
  • Research and analytical skills.
